When a new USL2 soccer team, Ballard FC, was getting established in Seattle, they approached me to help develop their brand from the ground up. The Flying Eye Design office has been in Ballard since day one, so this was an exciting opportunity to create a unique and memorable brand identity for an integral part of Ballard’s future. Working closely with the team, we created a brand that embodies the spirit of Ballard FC. Bold typography, a color scheme unique to the local sports landscape, and iconic aspects of the neighborhood.
